ROLE SUMMARY
We're looking for a strategic talent hunter capable of identifying, attracting, and selecting the best market profiles with agility, sound judgment, and a focus on candidate experience.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist shapes the teams of the organization. We're looking for someone with a sharp eye for talent, negotiation skills, and a marketing mindset applied to recruiting.
The ideal candidate uses sourcing tools creatively and builds talent pipelines before the need becomes urgent.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job brief, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer closure.
• Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate assessments.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key or high-turnover positions.
• Collaborate with area managers to deeply understand required profiles.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage.
• Report recruiting metrics: time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rates.
 
SKILLS
REQUIREMENTS
• 1–3 years in mass or specialized recruiting.
• English level B2–C1.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools.
• Communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
