ROLE SUMMARY
We're looking for a scheduling coordinator with exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple calendars, and a genuine service orientation to ensure every appointment or shift is coordinated seamlessly.

The Scheduler/Scheduling Coordinator ensures schedules are perfectly organized and conflict-free. This role requires the highest attention to detail, the ability to handle last-minute requests, and smooth multi-party communication.
We're looking for someone who brings order to chaos, works well under pressure, and has a genuine service attitude toward every person they coordinate.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and coordinate physician, attorney, specialist, or team member schedules.
• Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments or work shifts efficiently.
• Manage multiple calendars simultaneously using specialized tools.
• Communicate schedule changes to all involved parties in a timely manner.
• Handle urgent requests and reorganize the schedule as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all appointments and their statuses.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure no scheduling conflicts or gaps.
 
SKILLS
REQUIREMENTS
• 6 months to 2 years in schedule coordination or appointment booking.
• English B2–C1.
• Proficiency with calendar and scheduling tools (Homebase, Calendly, Google Calendar, EHR systems, etc.).
• Attention to detail, organization, and management of multiple simultaneous priorities.
• Clear communication and service attitude.
