ROLE SUMMARY
We're looking for a proactive, organized, and results-oriented research specialist to identify, qualify, and connect with key profiles or information that supports sales, operations, or project processes.

The Research Specialist has a special talent for finding information where others can't. We want someone curious, methodical, and skilled at synthesizing findings clearly.
In our context, this role may focus on market research, lead qualification, healthcare provider research, or data analysis for decision-making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and qualify prospects, providers, or research subjects per defined criteria.
• Contact and coordinate with research subjects via phone, email, or digital platforms.
• Record findings and progress in CRM systems or management tools.
• Synthesize relevant information into actionable reports or summaries.
• Participate in quality and alignment meetings with the research team.
• Propose improvements to research and contact processes.
SKILLS
REQUIREMENTS
• 6 months to 2 years in research, telemarketing, CSR, or similar roles.
• English B2–C1.
• Proficiency with management tools (Salesforce, Outlook, Excel, Calendly).
• Organization, clear communication, and results orientation.
• Autonomous work capacity and proactive attitude.
