ROLE SUMMARY
We're looking for a Project Manager capable of leading cross-functional projects from conception to delivery, ensuring objectives are met on time, within budget, and at the right quality level.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The Project Manager is the guardian of scope, time, and project resources. We want someone with leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills capable of aligning multiple stakeholders and staying on course even when circumstances change.
The ideal candidate has experience managing technology, operations, or enterprise implementation projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, execute, and control projects from kickoff to closure.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and progress.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Report project status to leadership clearly and on time.
• Manage scope changes and stakeholder expectations proactively.
• Ensure complete project documentation and lessons learned at closure.
SKILLS
REQUIREMENTS
• 3–6 years of project management experience.
• English C1.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and/or PMP.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday, MS Project).
• Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with multiple stakeholders.
WE ALSO VALUE
PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification; experience in digital transformation projects.
