ROLE SUMMARY

The Payroll Specialist ensures every employee is paid correctly, on time, and in compliance. This high-responsibility role combines technical precision with regulatory knowledge and strong communication skills.
We're looking for a meticulous individual familiar with payroll systems who handles heavy workloads without sacrificing accuracy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process complete payroll cycles for diverse employee populations.
• Calculate and process overtime, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal labor and tax laws.
• Manage payroll reports and reconciliations with accounting.
• Address employee inquiries about pay, deductions, and benefits.
• Coordinate with HR on employee status changes.
• Support payroll audits and year-end documentation.
SKILLS
REQUIREMENTS
• 1–4 years of payroll processing experience.
• English B2–C1.
• Knowledge of applicable labor and tax legislation.
• Proficiency with payroll platforms: ADP, Paychex, Workday, Gusto, or others.
• High numerical accuracy and detail orientation.
