ROLE SUMMARY
We're looking for an HR professional focused on employee relations, well-being, and regulatory compliance — a trusted resource for both employees and the organization.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The HR Generalist manages employee lifecycle processes and labor law compliance. They act as a first-level advisor combining empathy with legal knowledge and policy awareness.
We're looking for someone with practical experience in employee relations, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance, with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide first-level guidance on employee relations, performance, and disciplinary matters.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS change processes.
• Support benefits administration: enrollments, changes, reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal labor laws.
• Address employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Collaborate on internal audits and regulatory documentation.
• Support development and update of employee handbooks and HR policies.
SKILLS
REQUIREMENTS
• 1–3 years in generalist HR or administrative HR roles.
• English level C1.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and regulatory compliance processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
• Discretion, empathy, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
