Graphic Designer

The Designer creates compelling visual solutions that translate brand strategy into action. You will partner closely with account and copy teams to develop concepts and execute across digital campaigns, websites, social, print, and integrated brand initiatives. You will help shape visual systems, elevate brand consistency, and ensure excellence from idea to final deliverable. We serve growth-minded organizations in healthcare, ophthalmology, nonprofit, and purpose-driven sectors. Our work requires both conceptual strength and production discipline — the ability to move fluidly between big-picture thinking and detailed execution. Responsabilities Develop visual concepts aligned with brand positioning and strategy – Execute across digital ads, websites, social, campaigns, and print – Present creative rationale internally and to clients – Collaborate with writers, strategists, and account managers – Maintain visual consistency and brand integrity across touchpoints – Contribute meaningfully to ideation and creative development sessions. Skills  Your portfolio demonstrates strong conceptual thinking and refined execution – You translate strategy into clear, compelling visual systems – Your attention to detail strengthens the quality of every deliverable – You manage multiple projects while protecting deadlines and standards – Teammates and clients trust both your design thinking and your follow-through Strong portfolio required. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant digital tools expected. Healthcare background is highly preferred More focused on depth of experience but 3-5 years of experience at least Only English needed Tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Google Slides, Google Docs, Powerpoint. This role requires both creative vision and executional precision.
