ROLE SUMMARY
We're looking for a high-trust professional who acts as the executive's right hand — managing not just the calendar, but the strategic priority of executive time.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The Executive Assistant is a strategic partner to leadership. This is not a passive support role — it requires independent judgment, anticipation, sensitive information handling, and the ability to make decisions on the executive's behalf when needed.
We're looking for someone with professional presence, excellent English and Spanish writing, and the maturity to manage multiple projects with real autonomy. Discretion and loyalty are fundamental values for this profile.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the executive's agenda, prioritizing based on business strategy.
• Coordinate international travel: flights, hotels, visas, itineraries, and logistics.
• Prepare presentations, executive reports, and board meeting materials.
• Filter and manage incoming communications with judgment and discretion.
• Coordinate special projects and follow up on leadership commitments.
• Act as liaison between the executive and internal teams or external partners.
• Research, synthesize information, and prepare executive briefings.
• Handle highly confidential information with complete professionalism.
SKILLS
REQUIREMENTS
• 2–5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a high-trust role.
• Advanced English (C1–C2), non-negotiable.
• Proficiency with office tools and executive productivity platforms.
• Professional writing in both English and Spanish.
• High adaptability, independent judgment, and autonomous time management.
WE ALSO VALUE
Experience supporting C-Suite in multinational companies or high-growth startups.
