ROLE SUMMARY
We're looking for a Data Engineer or Scientist capable of building scalable data pipelines, designing data architectures, and extracting predictive insights that drive real business decisions.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The Data Engineer/Scientist sits at the intersection of engineering and analytics. They design the infrastructure that makes data available, clean, and usable at scale — and for the Data Scientist, they build models that predict, classify, and automate intelligence into business processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using modern tooling.
• Build and manage data warehouses, data lakes, or lakehouse architectures.
• Collaborate with analytics and product teams to ensure reliable, timely data delivery.
• Develop and deploy machine learning or statistical models (Data Science focus).
• Monitor data quality and pipeline performance, resolving issues proactively.
• Document data architecture decisions and data lineage.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging data tooling and frameworks.
SKILLS
REQUIREMENTS
• 2–5 years in data engineering or data science.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with Spark, Airflow, or dbt is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks).
• English B2–C1.
• Strong problem-solving skills and engineering discipline.
WE ALSO VALUE
Experience with MLOps, real-time streaming (Kafka, Flink), or advanced ML frameworks.
