ROLE SUMMARY
We're looking for a data analyst who transforms volumes of information into actionable insights, powerful dashboards, and reports that guide the organization's strategic decisions.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The Data Analyst/BI Developer is the interpreter between data and the business. We want someone with strong technical skills and the ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
The ideal candidate has an analytical mindset, curiosity about the 'why' behind numbers, and the ability to build visualizations that tell a compelling story.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL, Python, or R.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data that add business value.
• Collaborate with area leaders to understand information needs and design solutions.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and governance of reported data.
• Automate reporting and data update processes.
• Present insights and findings to leadership clearly and actionably.
SKILLS
REQUIREMENTS
• 2–5 years in data analysis or BI development.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• English B2–C1.
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, and data communication ability.
• Knowledge of data modeling and basic ETL/ELT.

Experience with Python/pandas, dbt, Snowflake, or data warehouse platforms.
