ROLE SUMMARY
We're looking for a strategic financial leader capable of directing the organization's complete financial function — from accounting operations to strategic planning and investor relations.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The Controller/CFO is the guardian of the organization's financial health. They combine deep technical knowledge with strategic business vision, executive leadership, and the ability to communicate the financial situation clearly to the board, investors, and regulators.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the financial function: accounting, treasury, FP&A, tax, and internal controls.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the board, partners, and investors.
• Manage budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Lead external audits and coordinate with accounting firms and tax advisors.
• Identify financial efficiency opportunities and capital optimization.
• Participate actively in strategic business decisions from a financial perspective.
SKILLS
REQUIREMENTS
• 8+ years in finance, with at least 3–4 in financial leadership roles.
• English C1–C2.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA in finance preferred.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
• Experience with advanced ERP systems and complex financial models.
