The Compliance Specialist ensures internal processes are aligned with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. This role requires technical rigor, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex requirements clearly to different teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor compliance with regulations applicable to company operations.
• Prepare and manage license documentation, renewals, and regulatory reports.
• Support internal and external audits by compiling evidence and resolving findings.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure processes meet established standards.
• Manage communications with regulators and supervisory entities.
• Keep compliance records and regulatory files current.
• Train internal teams on policies and regulatory requirements.
SKILLS
REQUIREMENTS
• 1–3 years in regulatory compliance, auditing, or regulatory affairs.
• English B1–C1.
• Attention to detail, organization, and management of critical deadlines.
• Analytical capacity and technical writing.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks applicable to the company's sector.
