ROLE SUMMARY
We're looking for a compliance leader with team management experience, tax audit oversight, and the ability to ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The Compliance Manager leads the compliance function with autonomy and sound judgment. They design internal controls, coordinate with third parties (CPAs, regulators, auditors), and ensure the organization operates with integrity and regulatory transparency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the compliance team and coordinate their daily activities.
• Oversee quarterly and annual tax audits, including payroll reporting.
• Manage PEO licensing and regulatory compliance across all applicable jurisdictions.
• Integrate new divisions from a tax and compliance perspective.
• Coordinate with CPAs on corporate filings and maintain confidential records.
• Identify regulatory risks and propose mitigation plans to leadership.
SKILLS
REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years of compliance experience, with at least 1–2 years in leadership.
• English level C1.
• Experience leading teams of at least 6 people.
• Technical or university background in administrative, accounting, or legal areas.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
