ROLE SUMMARY
We're looking for a benefits administration expert capable of managing health, life, retirement, and wellness programs with precision, compliance, and a high level of employee service.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The Benefits Specialist ensures employees receive their benefits accurately, timely, and in compliance with applicable regulations. This role combines deep technical knowledge with internal customer service skills.
We're looking for someone with experience on benefits platforms, enrollment processes, carrier reconciliations, and compliance with ACA, COBRA, FSA/HSA, or 401(k).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement programs.
• Coordinate open enrollment processes and qualifying life events.
• Manage data integrations with carriers, brokers, and benefits administrators.
• Reconcile carrier invoices against payroll records.
• Answer employee questions about coverage, eligibility, and claims procedures.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, ERISA, and HIPAA.
• Support internal audits and benefits reporting.
SKILLS
REQUIREMENTS
• 1–3 years of benefits administration experience.
• English B2–C1.
• Knowledge of U.S. benefit regulations (ACA, COBRA, ERISA).
• Proficiency with benefits administration platforms and HRIS systems.
• High accuracy, organization, and ability to handle large data volumes.
