ROLE SUMMARY
We're looking for a solid backend developer to design, build, and maintain the business logic, APIs, and services that power our applications reliably and at scale.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The Backend Developer builds the engine that makes everything the user doesn't see work correctly. We want someone with systemic thinking, the ability to design robust architectures, and a passion for writing clean, secure, and maintainable code.
The ideal candidate has experience with modern backend languages, knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, and an engineering mindset focused on quality and scalability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Implement complex business logic ensuring accuracy, security, and scalability.
• Manage and optimize databases: queries, indexes, migrations.
• Collaborate with the frontend team to define API contracts and ensure smooth integration.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous stack improvement.
• Support API architecture definition for new products.
SKILLS
REQUIREMENTS
• 2–5 years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language: Python, Node.js, Java, Go, or similar.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of microservices architectures, message queues, and design patterns.
• English B2–C1.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and container tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
WE ALSO VALUE
Experience with Django, FastAPI, NestJS, or Spring Boot; AWS, GCP, or Azure.
