ROLE SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate agendas for multiple leaders or teams.
• Draft, review, and organize documents, reports, and internal communications.
• Keep physical and digital files current and accessible.
• Support travel arrangements, internal events, and office logistics.
• Handle calls, filter emails, and manage inboxes as needed.
• Support basic billing, order tracking, and expense control.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure operational fluidity.
• Identify administrative improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
 
SKILLS
 
REQUIREMENTS
• 1–3 years of experience in administrative or assistant roles.
• English level B1–C1.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks.
• Discretion and professional handling of confidential information.
 
WE ALSO VALUE
Experience with QuickBooks, project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp), or CRMs.
