ROLE SUMMARY
We're looking for an accounting leader who can oversee teams, ensure financial report accuracy, and lead close processes with efficiency and control.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The Accounting Manager supervises the full accounting cycle and leads the financial team. They combine solid technical expertise with people management skills and executive communication ability, ensuring financial information is reliable, timely, and fully compliant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise the accounting team and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.
• Review and approve financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable tax regulations.
• Lead external and internal audits, preparing necessary documentation.
• Analyze financial variances and present results to CFO or leadership.
• Implement improvements in accounting processes and internal control systems.
• Develop the team through mentorship and continuous feedback.
SKILLS
REQUIREMENTS
• 4–7 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 in supervisory roles.
• English C1.
• Proficiency with ERP software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or others).
• Deep knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations.
• Leadership, executive communication, and strategic thinking.
WE ALSO VALUE
CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification; experience in professional services or PEO companies.
