The Accounting/Financial Analyst combines solid quantitative skills with business thinking. They analyze numbers, identify trends, build models, and present findings clearly.
We're looking for someone with advanced Excel proficiency, understanding of key financial metrics, and the ability to work with large data volumes without losing the strategic thread.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and maintain financial models: budgets, forecasts, variance analyses.
• Analyze financial performance by department, business line, or client.
• Prepare periodic management reports for leadership.
• Support strategic planning and month-end close processes.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities in financial results.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and sales to validate data.
SKILLS
REQUIREMENTS
• 2–4 years in financial analysis or accounting.
• English B2–C1.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, Power Query, complex functions).
• BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) knowledge valued.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and data storytelling ability.
