ROLE SUMMARY
We're looking for an accountant with solid technical foundations, capable of managing full accounting cycles and ensuring financial record integrity for key decision-making.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The Accountant keeps the books current, processes transactions accurately, and generates reliable financial reports. This role requires technical rigor, knowledge of GAAP, and the ability to work with multiple clients or entities simultaneously.
We're looking for a methodical, detail-oriented individual who identifies inconsistencies before they become problems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Record and reconcile accounting transactions: revenues, expenses, payments, and collections.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage bank and balance account reconciliations.
• Support budget preparation, forecasts, and financial analyses.
• Collaborate in monthly closes ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
• Keep records current in the accounting system.
SKILLS
REQUIREMENTS
• 2–4 years of accounting experience.
• English level B2–C1.
• Knowledge of GAAP principles and basic tax regulations.
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar).
• High numerical accuracy and analytical thinking.

Experience in multi-client firms or PEO environments; CPA in progress or completed.
